Murder Man Dance, if you
haven't heard this track something's wrong with you, it's the first
single which also has a awesomely produced video which is available on
the free DVD you get when purchasing the album, the song features T-Bo
and Lil Boosie, this song is so crunk by the end if you aint doing the
murder man dance you must be paralyzed. The beat which was done by
chaotic is flame, everyone comes with a solid and blazing verse that
compliments the next, definite platinum track. Only one thing i got left
to say about this track... "Get Crunk, Wild Out, Thugs Throw Ya Sets Up/
Do The Murder Man Dance, Ambulance, Pick Up!!!!!"
Respect My Soldier is another blazing track produced by Mookie, who i
also featured on the track. I believe this is the first track ive heard
produced by Mookie, unless I'm mistaken, but its defiantly hot. Good
track to get the club moving as well, the break down of the beat in
B-Rock's verse makes the track that much more gangsta. Hotness.
My Life, is a reminiscing, damn we made it, set it straight type of
track. Matt comes in with a nothing but real shit verse, followed by
some nice vocals for the chorus... B-Rock drops a equally hot verse.
Trunk Music, whew, this is hot. If you don't have a system your missing
out, cuz this thang bangs hard. The beat is oh so hot, they got T-Bo and
Young Bleed on the track, Everyone stays on subject nicely on this one,
I'm feeling ALL of the verses on this hoe, T-Bo as usual crunk's things
up a lil, Young Bleed spits a fire verse. Man, this album is hot, I'm
running out of descriptive words to describe how hot this thing is.
Gangsta, is one of my favorites off the album. The vocal chorus is
well... Gangsta. The verse's are well gangsta. HAHA, Tha beat is gangsta,
tha flow is gangsta. Get the point? Blazing all the way.
I've Been Around, B-Rock Just jumps things off ill from the get go,
Mookie drops a real hot verse, "I say this blunt cuz I aint going no
where like a stray dog you fed once" haha. Matt drop's a ill verse about
who they are, respect, struggles in the game, etc.
Down Wit Me, was produced by Russel Lee. It's got a real commercial vibe
to it at least the that's the impression the beat and chorus gives at
first. But Mista Matt changes that quickly, so does Max Minelli who's
featured on the track.
In My City is Part 2 of the original track which was hot then, some
people say they like the original better. Personally I like em both, but
I'm feeling this one better, I thought on the first one the beat was a
bit repetitive, still hot. But I like how they re did the chorus too,
makes you wanna sing along, so grab the album and do so. Everyone does
the damn thang on this one, got Lefty and Lil Witness doing there thang
on here, Nice track.
Ain't Got S***, the beat sounds like some screwed C-Murder. The whole
track to me, seems slow at the beginning, like I'm on some purple stuff.
Not hating at all, something different from them Coalition boys, if your
not feeling the track, don't change it wait for the change up, which
Mista Matt holds down rather nicely, I think this is the fastest verse
I've heard from him, it must have been Chip D's hating on the Third
World 2 skit, ;) lol.
Click Song, is well the click song. Mista Matt and B-Rock, jump it off
with solid verse's, T-Bo raises the hype level, followed by Sam I Am,
who some would say sounds like Mystikal, keeps it crunk and moving with
a hot verse, They also have Box, Thug Addict, Mike Da Hustla, Lil Mook
and Tim Smooth all on the track, whoa ha? Yeah, everyone comes hard all
the way, the order in which everyone spits was tight to me, i like how
it was done. Banger.
One Night Love, another one of my favorites from the album. I had to
laugh the first time I heard it, Chatoic produced the beat, and whew, if
you haven't heard about K.O. yet you will soon, if you already got the
album and have watched the DVD you may say he seems cocky, but when you
hear the beats you know why, hot stuff. Anyways back to the track, It's
about a one night stand turning into a long term thing out of no where.
A almost funny track, but its only cuz its real, if you cant relate it
isn't funny, either way hot track.
Down Here, which was also on Third World 2, is still hot. So hot, they
had to make sure everyone hears it, they got the who's who on there.
Let's see, Max Minelli Seal Paul of the YoungBloodZ, Mookie, T-Bo,
Magic, LIl Boosie and Soulja Slim (R.I.P.) Of course, everyone rips it
to pieces. If you've been listening to S.C.C. for a minute, you know
this song word for word.
Deuce & A Quarter Snippets, these are the snippets from the upcoming
Deuce & A Quarter album, which I've actually hard the opportunity to
hear more of, and its just as hot as Trunk Music so make sure yawl look
out for that.
Ok, this is once again a solid album from S.C.C. nice features, beats,
production, verses, not to mention a got damn FREE DVD. Man, make sure
you grab this one, S.C.C. is a unique click of crackers doing there
thang there own way, not biting anyone. Who can hate on that? I didn't
review all the tracks, thought id leave some if it for yawl. Got secret
tracks as well, which actually is another one of my favorites from the
album. Anyways, 5 out of 5 stars. Got it all on here, something for
everyone. Make sure you look out for the Deuce & A Quarter album coming
out this year, as well as our joint release of our compilation: Third
World 3! |
