OFFICIAL RULES FOR DIRTYSOUTHRAP.COM ‘GET SOME CRUNK IN YO SYSTEM’ CONTEST:

The following Sweepstakes is intended for play in the 50 United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this sweepstakes if you are not a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The DirtySouthRap.com ‘GET SOME CRUNK IN YO SYSTEM’ Sweepstakes ("the Sweepstakes") is open only to those who are at least seventeen (17) years of age at the time of sweepstakes entry and who are legal residents of the continental United States as of August 16, 2004. Employees, officers, and directors of DirtySouthRap.com.

Records, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and/or promotion agencies and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the 50 United States and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Valid entries must be submitted via DirtySouthRap.com. Incomplete, late, lost, and garbled entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account from which the entry is made and Sponsors may require proof thereof. All entries become the property of Sponsors. Neither Warner Bros. Records, MTX Audio, DirtySouthRap.com, Iced Media, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and any telephone network or service providers, nor any of their employees, officers, directors, and shareholders (collectively “Releasees”) are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and remedies from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release the Releasers from any and all liability, loss, injury or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, or use of prize or participation in any prize-related activities (including, without limitation, all travel related thereto), and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of this sweepstakes. Should such cancellation occur, notice will be posted at DirtySouthRap.com and winners will be randomly selected from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the cancellation.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Registration for the DirtySouthRap.com ‘GET SOME CRUNK IN YO SYSTEM’ Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 a.m. EST on Friday, July 16, 2004. All online entries must be received by 6:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 16, 2004.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 17 of 2004, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZES: One Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner shall receive the following: 2 Thunder Subwoofers, 1 Thunder Amplifier, Street Wiring, "Welcome To Trillville" CD and singles for both "Get Some Crunk In Yo System" and "No Problem", Trillville poster and Crunk Juice.

(Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $1,100. Ten Second Place winners: Each winner will receive a “Welcome To Trillville” CD, Trillville Poster and Crunk Juice to be mailed to the winner at the address provided on the entry forms when the winner’s prize eligibility has been confirmed (Approximate Retail Value: $70.00). Ten Third Place winners: Each winner will receive a Get Some Crunk In Yo System single, Trillville poster and Crunk Juice. (Approximate Retail Value: $60.00) No prize transfers, cash redemption, or substitution except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. In case of unavailability of any prize, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs are the sole responsibility of prize winners. All prizes will be awarded. If any winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of such winner’s parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all necessary documents and, if applicable, to accompany Grand Prize winner on trip as such winner’s guest. All details of prizes not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsors.

6. NOTIFICATION: Winners shall be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail and/or telephone on or about August 17th of 2004. If prize notification or prize is non-deliverable, or potential winners do not reply within 10 days of issuance of notification, the potential winner will forfeit his or her right to be declared as the winner, and an alternate winner will be selected in his or her place. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winners.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except as provided herein. DirtySouthRap.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the described prize is unavailable for any reason. DirtySouthRap.com also reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person who tampers with the online entry process, the operation of DirtySouthRap.com or any other component of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, and 2.) cancel this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DirtySouthRap.com corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in any such event, select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation. DirtySouthRap.com, Warner Bros. Records, the prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents are not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or mail, or for failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, electronic or otherwise in the transmission and/or receipt of entries. On-line entrants must submit a valid e-mail address. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agree that 1.) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law) winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of displaying his/her name as a winner without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) DirtySouthRap.com shall have no liability for and will be held harmless from and against any liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death or property damage suffered by winners, other participants, or any other person or entity that arises from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize related activity or the Sweepstakes.

8. SWEEPSTAKES ODDS: The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. All drawings shall be conducted by DirtySouthRap.com whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes.
